Suggest Remedy For Cut And Painful Bump In Labia Majora

Hi,I have always had a very large labia majora and just recently i went on holiday with my partner where we did have an extreme amount of sex and came back with what seems to be a cut on the side detaching itself from the hood and also when i wipe myself i felt something like a bump with a lot of pain like i burst a nerve or something.My GP has not been any help and I ve just been told to use antiseptic cream (Savalon) which is doing nothing!What could this mean?This has been going on for 6 days now and just getting worse, should i go to A&E?
