Suggest Remedy For Cut And Soreness Below Clitoris

i have a cut starting just below my clitoris going straight down almost to my urethral orifice and my discharge has been white and chunky like theres flakes of something in it with no smell, ive also noticed ive been throbing or pulsalting down there .. what could be going on?
