Suggest Remedy For Cut In Thumb

I cut my thumb with a kitchen knife about 5 hours ago It seemed quite deep but pressure from a tight band aid seemed to control it well enough I went back to work but then I was using the thumb again when I got home and I opened it again I I cut my thumb up with the kitchen knives about 5 hours ago it seems quite deep the pressure from a type and it seem to control the weather know if it went back to work but then I was using some again when I got home and I opened it again I read minds its just it seems under control again but it s something that s best my question is should I actually go and haven t seen or is it okay just leave it and see what it just get better by itselfre bandaged it tightly and again the bleeding seems under control although it s throbbing a bit Should I leave it to heal or go to A and E?
