Suggest Remedy For Cuts On Shaft Of Penis Causing Tight Foreskin

Hi, I experienced some cuts on the shaft of my penis a few months ago and I let them heal (they d open again and heal) this cycle continued until it s come to the point that the skin is so tight the head of my penis has to be forced out of the foreskin it s as though my childhood circumcision is reversed. The cuts are still there and I can t use my penis normally. Am I going to have to get recircumsized? Or can a medication help?

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. The recurrent cuts can be due to fungal infection or friction while having sex. Using ointments containing combination of anti fungal like miconazole , anti bacterial like gentamycin and coticosteroid like beclamehasone for local application will be helpful.
Using condoms while sexual intercourse also helps to avoid such cuts again. But if not getting improved better to go for re-circumcision.
