Suggest Remedy For Cysts In Both The Ovaries

i,m a 39 old woman who have done ovarian cystectomy four months ago.two month started bleeding and still spotting . i went to a gyny and he asked to do an ultra sound and found 4 cysts in both ovaries large one is 2.8cm . i was told to wait for two months but i'm scared that it will grow bigger and again i have to do a laporscopy. are there any natural ways to get rid of this? please help
