Suggest Remedy For Dark & Burning Skin

Hi, i started using a bleaching cream one week ago and I was very happy with the result. I used it to bleach my moustache and after one day I noticed a tiny part hadn t bleached completely so I waited one week to do it again as I was afraid of damaging my skin. I did it again just just like the first time and it really burned a lot. I left it on for about 10 min and after i took it of the skin around my upper lip had turned all dark. What can I do against this? Is it going to disappear with the time? Thank you :)
