Hi. As per your case history of acne and pigmentation, my treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition. 2. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30. 3. Apply a clindamycin plus niacinamide gel like Glocin gel twice daily on pimples. 4. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit on dark skin once at night. 5. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
