Suggest Remedy For Dark Marks

Doctor, I am using melacare for 2 months.I am happy that it is giving a good result , but for me some pimples are coming and while going it leaves a dark marks,its not going and its becaming more dark.. Please suggest me whether should I continue the cream or not???

Hi.
As per your case history of acne with pigmentation, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on it.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
