Suggest Remedy For Dark Spots Appearing In The Uterus

Hi I had a hysteroscopy today because of 3 losses and it showed I have a septum, and we also saw dark spots in there. What could the dark spots be? they looked to be smooth. I am 38 weigh 180 and am 5'2. Have had three successful pregnancies, but in a 9 month time span lost 3. two were early aroung 5wks and the other was a second trimester loss. I have had 1 vaginal delivery 1998, and 2 sections 2002, 2008. Had a D&E in January 2011.
