Suggest Remedy For Dark Spots/blisters On Legs

I have dark spots on my arms below the elbows and the lower part of my legs. The spots are rough, like dead cell build up and some spots have blisters, others will become irritated and red and others are just a red brown shade. Do you have any idea what may be causing these spots?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having discoid eczema with post inflammatory spots.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
