HI, I am a 42 yr. old 5'4 170 lb female. I had a black mole on my labia a few years ago which my gynecologist said not to worry about as it was just a mole. I have from time to time took a peek to make sure nothing was becoming larger in size. However, today I noticed I have many black spots like moles (some raised, some seem to be under the skin) on both sides of the labia and I am totally flipped out. Could this be skin cancer? My husband has also been unfaithful more than once with the trashiest of women and I also have a concern it could be a veneral disease? I have not had sex in nearly 2 years so I wonder if something could lie dormant that long??
