Suggest Remedy For Dark Spots On Cheeks Back And Arms

Hello, I have dry spots on my cheeks, back and some on my arm. I am bi-racial and this happens to every 2 years. I really don t know what to do. I have used vitamin E oil, eucerin, amalactin, aragan oil, and cocoa butter. They seem to work for a while, but then I can t see a difference.

You may try by co2 laser
or electrocautery
you may take retinoid and Glutathione with some improvement.
Not expose to Sun.
