Suggest Remedy For Dark Spots

hi i m 28 years un married girl .. sine lat 1 week i have a little dark spots (jhaiyan) on my face , regulary im taking saffi for skin glowing or avoid this type of skin pblm but theses spots are clearly on my face ,,,,plaese suggest me how to removce these dark spots & suggest for diet also i have only 37 kg weight n working in a MNC approx 9 hr / day (Min - Sat)Nishav New dlehi

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history of dark spots on face, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30.
2. Apply a Kojic acid cream like Kojivit twice daily on the affected skin.
3. Take a vitamin C supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical Hydroquinone and chemical peeling done by a dermatologist.
