Suggest Remedy For Darkened Spot At Labial Fold

Just noticed one darkened spot at the very distal end of my external labial fold , at the intersection. It is not raised or swollen, and I only noticed this because I am having symptoms of a yeast infection. I am 45 years old and caucasion. Could this be a sign of menopause or something else that I should be concerned about? Thanks.
