Suggest Remedy For Degenerative Disc Disease

I just received my results for my MRI today I am only 27 years old I have degeneration in my L5 disc in my back my doctor wants me to do epidural shots however with the research I have done I am uncomfortable with trying them I know they are not a permanent fix and I need help on what I should do next. I do not have a good quality of life I am missing out on things that I should not be missing out on in five more months I graduate from college I m scared about what the future holds for me when I can t even take a simple trip to the mall and walk around for more than 30 minutes I need help

Hello,

It may be due to degenerative disc disease.

For that you may require MRI back with nerve conduction studies after spine surgeon consultation.

You may require tablet pregabalin and multivitamin after consultation.

Continue physical therapy.

In case of not getting relief you may require surgical intervention after consultation.
