Suggest Remedy For Delay In Period And Excess Vaginal Discharge

Hi, i'm just over a week late on my period, trouble is things are not so straight forward. i have very regular periods but i also suffer endo. i lost one ovary to it few yr back. this i had my usual period pain n back ache n just thought this was normal but i'm late and still having loads of discharge and to top it off a couple of times when out walking i'm getting pretty bad stitch do you think this may be early sign of pregnancy?
