Suggest Remedy For Delay In Period

I take tri sprintec and have been for years. In week 2 I missed a pill by like 2 hours. Then after I finished the pack I had sex and he didn t pull out in time. I bought plan b and took it the next day. My period comes on Sunday or Monday. But it has not come yet, so does plan b off set the next period? When should it come if so?
