Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

So 18th June was when I last got my period. I ve had a history of pcod in the past but lately I have been regular since a while now. My period got over on the 24th of June and on the 28th of June someone inserted into me without protection but we didn t have sex, he took it out after trying to put it in because it was a little difficult. The following month I did not get my period which is the month of July and now I m late. I m getting pimples on my face, boob tenderness and it slightly hurts on the right side pretty much at the level of my belly button but lower and on the side. I have taken two pregnancy tests at a gap of 6 days and they both have come out negative. What could this be?
