Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

Himy periods are delayed . D last time I got my periods was on 22nd june I hv done a pregnancy test but its negative. I tool duphaston 1 tablet daily for 5 days nd stopped. Today is d 4th day since I hv stopped but haven t got my periods. Could you pls tel d reason or how much shud I wait... thanks.
