Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

Hi. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend but took the morning after pill which works for me everytime. But recently,I was treated for typhoid and infection in my bladder and my period is late by2days.I still have the normal aches in my waste and nipples I feel when I m about to menstruate. Pls could it be the treatment causing the delay?
