Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

juz wanna ask there i take antibiotics end of the jan about 3 to 4 days, and my period came tis early feb. my next period suppose come early of the march, but until now still not yet come, what is the problem? i have sex in that time, but not in the oval active time. what i suppose to do?
