Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

i had a period jan 25th after starting to try for a baby. feb 25th came along and i got a period but it was not normal. it was 3 days long and like a dry blood period. since feb 25th i have not had a period. next week will be a whole month. i took about 10 pregnancy test all negative. i made an appt with my gyn, and took a test there and it was negative. Is there something wrong, am i pregnant? i want to be, but everything is negative
