Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

i have always had regular periods, this month i am a week late and i have spotted no bigger than a dime for the past 3 days and now im not even spotting at all anymore, i have had no cramps either, i dont have insurance and cant go to the dr. what is wrong with me?!
