Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

I was due to come on my period on the 5th of november but I didn't a week later I had light bleeding lasting a few days now I'm late for this months period I did a pregnancy test on the 7th november it was positive but a verry faint line I did anotha test it was negative I have sighns of pregnancy I don't know wat to do
