Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

I am a healthy 28year old married woman and have always had regular periods. But this month I have missed my period. The probable date was 11th feb. After 10 days delayed I went to my gynecologist. She prescribed DEVIRY 10mg (3times per day, 10 tablets). Today(27th feb) morning I completed the course. But still it not happened. I already test pregnancy. It was -ve. Please suggest me what to do.
