Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

I am on day 37 of my cycle and I still have not gotten my period. I did a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. My doctor put me on duphaston which I stopped taking yesterday. Is there a chance I might be pregnant or are my periods delayed. I also have PCOS and have been trying to conceive for two months.
