Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

i was prescribed by my gynac to hav sysron n tablet thrice in a day for five days as I didnt get my periods in time and have already done urine pregnancy tests thrice before consuming the tablets and all the tests were negative. I just wanted to know how long will it take for me to get my periods as its been four days after stopping the consumption of sysron n tablets
