Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

Hello doctor I had a medical abortion on around 15th march , and it is 10th may and i still have not got my periods + the home pregtest showed positive today , I had sex a couple of times , it was protected though , I am toooooo worried , can I be pregnant , I have tastelessness and @ times feeling of nausea please help i am tooooooooooo tensed and worried I ma 26 years of age and have a 7 months old baby . plzzzz help
