Hi

When you stop taking hormonal pills, you might not see regular periods for a few months. You might see irregular spotting, lighter periods than you're used to or a heavier flow, a longer or shorter period, or no periods at all for the first or few months.

Your body needs to adjust and regularise the hormone levels. You can wait and watch the bleeding pattern in the next few cycles which will regularise with time.

Medroxyprogesterone is not safe to use in pregnancy and hence pregnancy should be avoided with contraceptive methods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
