Suggest Remedy For Delayed Periods Due To Cortisone Injection

I am 22 and on birth control pills. I was due to get my period last Friday, 2/14. I had a cortisone injection in my hip about 2 weeks ago and the nurse said it may effect my cycle. I am extremely anxious and am on BCPs because of severe PMS, etc. I have taken a pregnancy test and it is negative. What can my GYN do to bring on my cycle?
