Hello and welcome to HCM, Difficulty in conceiving can occur in number of conditions. Irregular periods is one of the common cause of difficulty in conceiving. The time of ovulation has to be determined for successful conception. Ovulation is determined by various methods- determining basal body temperature, examination of cervical mucus, follicular study etc. Sexual intercourse should be planned according to the time of ovulation. For the symptoms of burning sensation, you need to get blood levels of certain hormones- LH, FSH and estrogens. You need to consult youy gynecologist for further management.
