Suggest Remedy For Delayed Periods

I am 24 yrs old, 4'8" and 130lbs. I have regular periods other than maybe 2-4 days being late sometimes. I am now 2 weeks late, with no premenstrual symptoms. Today I decided to take a urine test with a result of a faint positive. And just recently I began spotting brown with a very small discomfort /cramp in the lower abdominal.... Should I retest in the morning where the urine would be more concentrated?
