Suggest Remedy For Delayed Periods

I had protected sex on 28th may & my period date was 29th may..However i hvnt got my periods.its almost 1o days late...I got 2 times pregnancy test done both of them were negative...Plus i had typhoid as well so are my periods delayed bcz of that
