Suggest Remedy For Dense Pelvic Adhesions Of Uterus Stuck To The Bladder

I have dense pelvic adhesions uterus stuck to bladder, bladder stuck to abdominal wall. To tolerate pelvic exams my gyn medicates me. GYN suggests a hysterectomy but I don't want to do this. Would physical therapy help. A laparoscopy showed the adhesions to be so dense that they could not be safely cut. Some loops of bowel were freed. Sometimes I get constipated.
