Suggest Remedy For Dent Between Finger Joint And Knuckle

my hand got stepped on by a soccer cleat at practice today. in between my middle finger joint and knuckle joint theres still a dent from the bottom of the cleat!! also, a bump is starting to form there and it hurts and feels numb when i touch it with my nail.
