Suggest Remedy For Dent In Skull And Headaches

Hi,My name is Nichole. Since I was young I've worn my hair in a ponytail. Now that I am 21, I have noticed a dent in my skull in the area where a babies "soft spot" would be. I am starting to get headaches lasting for a few minutes, and I;m not sure if they are migraines. I am guessing this was caused by my ponytail since I used to wear it very tight, and it has caused some thinning, and breakage of my hair. Is there anything I can do besides not wearing it in a ponytail any more to fix my skull, and hair?
