Suggest Remedy For Dental Problem

my son is 16 months when he was 14 months he cut his upper molars but they only came through the gums on one side just a little bit now he is 16 months and they still never came through also he only has 2 teeth at the bottom is this a problem do i need to take him to the dentist connie

I dont think you need to worry for unerupted upper molar. The roots of tooth are still there. Nothing much can be done for that tooth. Take care that the broken tooth had no sharp edges which may hurt.
