Suggest Remedy For Depression After Knee Replacement Surgery

I had total knee replacement on January 9, 2015. I m doing well with pt and my rom old 110, I m struggling with depression and feel like I take one step forward and two steps back. It s so frustrating. Do you have any suggesttions ? Thank you, Annete

Sir please confirm the diagnosis from psychiatry doctor...if you have depression after surgery than I advice some psychotherapy (conuselling)first that may help to build up your confidence n remove your fear n than If you not get releif than add some pharmecotherapy means any antidepression starting with low dose...as in my hospital government provide escitalopram 5mg od...
