Suggest Remedy For Depression And Chronic Pain

Helllo! I will try to be short with this! Ok. My major Health problems are: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depression, A.D.D., Chronic Pain Disorder (which most likely roots from Fibromyalgia & Nerve Pain); I was told by my past Pain Doctor, that I will have to take major Pain Meds, for the rest of my life! By the way, I am 45 years old; I am 6 foot-1 inch tall and weigh 215 lbs. Education wise, I would say I am fairly Medically educated more than the average 45 year old College Graduate! (NOTE: In my 30 s, I was a Firtefighter/EMT). OK! Sorry, about all of that! Basically, I am wanting some answers regarding Medications, their Absorption, and the Companies that make them! Stuff, I can t find in my PDR! I have been taking OxyContin, Dilaudid, Xanax , Adderall and a few other meds for almost 10 years now! My problems is that I use a small Pharmacy. And, they seem to keep getting cheaper and cheaper drugs (Generics, when available). How

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the functional condition and having multiple clinical complaints then it is better to come out of this condition without the helps of medicines, because as long as the medicines are concern it is like wide gate open and one need to take the medicine for years, but if you try to come out this condition then you wont be in need of any medicine any longer, try some exercise, yoga, and meditation, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
