Suggest Remedy For Depression Post Abortion

hi, I would like to ask for some help. i had an abortion over year ago and i am finding it very difficult to move on or in a strange way want to move on. it wasnt something i wanted but i was unable to raise the child with my partner, it was his idea to have the treatment and i understand why. i believe this and more is messing with my mind and its probably time i ask for help Thank you

Hello,
I can understand that getting back to normal life after such major decisions can be difficult. Depression can set in very easily.
I would advice you to start with antidepressants like sertraline. However it will take 10-15days to show its effects.
