Suggest Remedy For Depression

I have a really bad habit of eating cement (dry). Recently I've became rather agressive n emotion and hardly feel hungry and feel hopeless and gained very nasty spots on my face the doctor has required me some blood cell tablets and nicam gel but I feel a slight better but still hopeless do you understand why I feel this way
