I am type 2 diabetic, I am on Novamix insulin about 4 weeks, diaformin and b/p/I medication, my question is, how come my b/s/l s are always higher than normal, I was on Lantus previous to Novamix, I m not getting the response to these two insulins, is there one that might work, I m so worried and what am I going to do, when I.ve used up all the places on my stomach when it all becomes scarred? Please help.
Hello, Thete is nothing to despair about it. Your blood sugar levels would definitely be controlled but be patient about it. You require a reassessment of your insulin dose and by gradually increasing the dose, you can arrive at the correct required dose of insulin injection. Be regular with your doctor and take his advice. In addition, you can take VOGLIBOSE .3 mg three times a day for better control of your PP sugar levels. Thanks
