I have had these symptoms for 3 days now . diarrhea the fist day and stomach cramps. hard stomach with a lot of belching and extreme passing of gas. I m not hungry but am trying to drink a lot. is this a type of flu and what can I do to relieve the gas pressure and bloating? I ve never had this before.
