Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Diarrhea with vomiting occur in conditions like acute gastroenteritis, food poisoning, acute amoebic dysentery, hepatitis A, acute diverticulitis, infections of campylobacter, salmonella, Escherichia coli, ischemic colitis or inflammatory bowel disease.

I would advise:
* Tab. Ondansetron to control vomiting daily
* Tab. Oflox oz for 5 days
* Tab. Loperamide to control diarrhea
* Tab. Sporolac for 10 days to regenerate the gut flora

If your symptoms don't subside even after 2 days, please do consult a gastroenterologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
