Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Breathing After Recovering From A Cold

I m getting over a cold and with my job I spend most of my day on the phone. When I m speaking I get this sensation of a bubble growing inside my nose and back of throat preventing me from breathing. I try to blow out or swallow hard but that doesn t help. And then I can t breathe properly and I panic. Sometimes it only invades one nostril or just my throat. What s happening?
