Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Breathing Due To Bronchitis And Pneumonia

I had bronchitis and pnuenoia in may. it lasted 2 weeks. since then it has progressed that I have trouble breathing at times like when I talk a lot. it seems I run out of air and I start to choke. I can go for hours and feel fine and then its kicks in.

Hi,
From history it seems that due to lower respiratory tract infection there might be having broncho-constriction giving rise stressful or discomfort breathing.
Take some cough expectorant and bronco-dilator medicine.
Go for deep breathing exercise daily.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
