Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of bronchitis or lung infection (pneumonia) is more.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. Chest x ray
3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You may need additional drugs like antibiotics, inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Chest physiotherapy and deep breathing exercises are also useful in your case.
Don't worry, you will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
