Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Breathing,headaches And Dizziness

im 19 years old and i feel like i cant breath properly almost like i have no air inside me. i also have been choking on my own sliver and getting sharp pains in the middle of my chest and back. i have been getting banging headaches like something is ticking inside and sometimes i have to sit down because i feel like im going to fall down and my vision goes blurry fo a few moments can someone tell me what is wrrong with me please.

According to your symptoms its a case of asthma! (No Air inside)
You didn't mention duration or any seasonil variation or other associated conditions like fever, weight loss etc? Visit your doctor for some investigation like chest xray, blood tests, blood pressure etc. Get well soon.
