Suggest Remedy For Difficulty With Urinary Incontinence After Prostate Surgery
I am having difficulty with incontinence after prostate surgery, which was performed on April 1. I find that I have to try masturbating to eliminate excess urine as I have to go within 20 or 30 minutes after previous bathroom trips.I am unable to get an erection, but find I get some sensation when I masturbate with the result a considerable amount of urine flow. I have found that using a condom will help keep me from having a mess when I try to masturbate.I have been unable to get Cialis approved for insurance, but have not talked directly to my doctor. I did try a 30 day free prescription, but did not notice any help. Are my problems similar to others?
Patients often improve their symptoms over time after surgery and the recovery can take up to 2 years.
Climacturia is often seen in post surgery patient and people do note leaking urine when reaching climax. I do not know any intervention to prevent climacturia at this point.
You may not notice any change with Cialis immediately, so it's important to use it consistently for at least a couple of weeks. It's also very important to have lots of stimulations when using Cialis or viagra.
If you are not able to notice any changes after a couple of weeks of trying, you may need to have the dose adjusted as well. There can be other ways to help you with erectile function which might be a bit more invasive.
Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
