Suggest Remedy For Dimple And Tight Pulling Sensation In Surgery Incision Point

Hi, I just had surgery(laparoscopic myomectomy). I am recovering fine, but I think my doctor stitched my belly cut to tightly. If feels like there is something tight pulling on the inside of me in that region, plus there is a dimple in that spot I did not have before. What do I do?(surgery 9 days ago)
